The package includes 5 visits — comprehensive preparation for childbirth and the first days afterwards. The visits combine education and practice: the mother-to-be learns to work consciously with body and breath through exercises and birthing positions for the first and second stages of labour, including positions to use with a partner. She also learns how to prepare the perineum for birth, relaxation techniques and pain-relief methods, and care in the first days after birth (both natural birth and caesarean section).
